A comprehensive plan drafted by the nation's financial regulators will help domestic insurers ensure new revenue growth engines and enhance their financial soundness, the regulatory body said. The measures also will help local insurers develop various insurance polices that cater to the nation's aging population and provide customers easier access to private medical insurance polices, it added.
